I ordered a personalized bracelet just after my dad passed away suddenly so I would have a memory of him with me at all times. I cannot speak more highly of the customer service team and in particular Tom who went above and beyond for me. I ordered the wrong bracelet and they kindly took it back and made the one I wanted which I wasn’t expecting. Not only that I was so shocked to receive flowers from them after they knew why I was having the bracelet made that to me showed how much of caring company they are. 🥰 the bracelet itself is absolutely beautiful I love it so much ❤️ this is the third piece I have ordered and never been disappointed. Will definitely be buying again 🥰 also tried to upload a photo of the bracelet but didn’t work but it was the white quartz personalized bracelet and I had DAD and his birth stone ❤️

Terrible customer service! After numerous issues with shipping order finally said it was delivered but was actually not. I have been unable to get a response from anyone after numerous attempts. Do not buy from here, complain scam

Faultless customer service!!!!! I contacted them about a bracelet that I’d bought and they agreed to replace and then offer a full refund as it wasn’t quite what we expected! Highly recommend using this company!!

Poor service. Placed an order and sent an email 8 minutes after, and contacted the help team at 8.30am the morning after placing the order to say i’d made a mistake and needed to cancel, to be told i’ll need to accept the order and ‘try to return’. Basically once they have your money, thats it.

I bought 2 custom necklaces, upon arrival I noticed that one of the custom necklaces had the wrong charm. I immediately proceeded to call customer service and they were so helpful and friendly. Abbott instantly sent me another necklace with the accurate charm and I can't thank them enough..The necklace is beautiful, well done, the name plate is strong not dainty. Absolutely gorgeous... Really disappointed with this piece. I ordered a bracelet with my initial on. It has arrived and the pearlescent backing is scratched and not set in the frame straight. It’s really disappointing as it makes it look cheap. The clasp is also very stiff and I struggle to loosen and tighten it without feeling like I’m going to snap the bracelet

After taking my bag from the dust bag to use for the summer I have found that one of my letter pendants is missing, it was 3 x LLL. The bag itself is still in great condition, so I reached it to CS to ask if I could purchase a new L to replace the one that was missing.f All i received was an email back with a copy & paste version of the warranty overview & a suggestion that I kindly purchased another BAG! Unbelievably patronising & unhelpful!

Haven’t even had my order yet and they didn’t add the customisations on. Only found this out on my confirmation email. I messaged them the same day I placed the order and no reply. Messaged them again and they won’t amend or cancel the order. Expensive and they messed up and won’t help. Extremely dissatisfied and won’t order again

I’ve bought a few items recently. The bracelet which can be personalised. It’s great quality and looks lovely on the wrist. The only thing I’d change would be the squares at the end as when you’re writing they can dig in. I mean does that stop me wearing it? No, but if I had to pick something. I originally bought for a friend and then ended up purchasing for myself as I just loved it! I did utilise the chat service which was great and they respond very quickly. I would say within a few minutes. As I had a question regarding my order. Great service from start to finish. I’ve also just bought the fidget ring in silver. LOVE and true to size which I was worrying about initially. Great quality and goes very nicely with my day to day jewellery. I’d certainly purchase more. It’s expensive however the quality is great. Quality over quantity in my opinion.
