“Excellent chat with Andrew, need a UV holder and new bulb. 2 weeks after installation clear water very pleased in the past I have changed the whole Pump unit when a part has broken. Extremely happy to have changed the parts and with the resulting clarity of the pond. Saved on the price of a new pump. Can recommend the advice, delivery and the service will definitely use again for any pond issues.”

“Arrived promptly. Easy to assemble. Unfortunately not do sunny now so operates sporadically. For me it would have been helpful to have a longer tube and a heavier 'pebble '.”

“I was very pleased with the product- you were able to supply the part I needed, rather than the whole unit- a UV lamp unit- which saved me about £50- and the telephone and online help, to ensure the part was compatible was first rate. Thank you; I can see my fish for the first time in weeks!”

“Simply the best. After lots of confusing research I wanted a large filter to over filtrate my pond. The guys were incredibly helpful, understood the requirement and gave good solid advice. 24 hours after set up, my pond is crystal clear and in my opinion, perfect. If your ever in doubt of what you should be doing, you should be speaking to these guys!!”
