“After winter storage, my fountain failed to work. Discussed with Water Garden and sent fountain pump back for checking. Problem was a broken impeller which was replaced and pump returned to me very quickly. Friendly, efficient people to deal with and I'm again enjoying a superb fountain in my garden pond. Would recommend this company.”

Hi Richard, The Oase 'Pond Clear' water treatment is a flocculant and is usually very effective at binding single-celled algae. I will give you a call later today as water treatments are not always a total solution to ongoing algae issues and it may be excess nutrient in the pond which is the underlying issue.
