Hi there, We’re really sorry to hear about the delay and that your son didn’t receive a present in time. We understand how disappointing this is. We can see that you contacted us once regarding this order, and as soon as we were able to do so, we upgraded the shipping at no additional cost in an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, during the Christmas period, delays can occur that are outside our control. We understand how upsetting it is when a gift doesn’t arrive in time, particularly for a child, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Your feedback has been noted and helps us review how we communicate delivery expectations during peak periods. If you would like to discuss anything further, please get in touch with our team at team@zatu.co.uk with the reference number 8167 and a member of our team would be able to look at your order and try and provide a solution wherever possible. Thank you for your patience and for sharing your feedback. Kind regards, Team Zatu Games
