i ordered the star wars legion LAAT and a week later you sent me an email telling me you had just posted it out to me, so why did it take a week for you to do that, then on top of that there was also a postal strike as well

I feel 3 stars is much and 2 stars is too little, so I would give a rating of 2.5 stars. After reading reviews on how good Zatu Games customer service is and how timely their deliveries where, along with their good prices, I thought this would be a great company to order from and be a smooth process. Little did I know it would be anything but. I would say after the experience I have had I have been less than impressed with the customer experience. On the website it says 24hr dispatch and when you pay for delivery it is meant to be 48hr delivery. It took 18 days for me to receive my order. Within that time I had several messages back and forth with Zatu and no one seemed to give me any clear answers on what was happening with my order. They said there was a warehouse issue that needed investigating. What annoyed me the most was that I had to contact the company to find out why the package hadn't been dispatched, they did not have the courtesy to contact me to say there was a delay. So customer experience I would give a 1 star. In response to the poor experience Zatu did offer me a £5 voucher to use on another order, but after the experience I am not sure if I want to order again and feel the offer may be redundant, but I guess it is good they have tried to reconcile and I have to give points for that. All that being said, when the items finally arrived I was happy with the games I selected and I can't complain about the price. They are fair prices for brand new board games, some of the cheaper ones I've found online. The quality of the products are good, but I guess that is more down to the manufacturers rather than the company selling it. Overall I was not happy, but after reading other reviews this could be a one off experience, as others seem to have had much greater experiences than me. I am enjoying the games but hopefully others don't have the same experience.

Product was available at a competitive price although dispatch took approximately 6 days despite paying a premium for delivery.

Good prices and excellent packaging. Re-stock orders can sit there for several months or longer. Recently has been slow to fulfill orders, taking a couple of weeks or more...and has also had trouble fulfilling pre-orders despite other companies getting the games in fine.

The product was delivered in good condition but it was ordered on September 27th with 48-hour tracked delivery and didn't arrive until October 3rd (6 days/4 working days)

The prices are good and last time I ordered the order came in good condition but it came in late. This time, it has been already more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date and the package was yet to arrive. According to the tracking it still didn't leave the UK. The delivery is not cheap and I would expect it to arrive within a smaller window around the estimated arrival time.

Great shop with some rare items, at competative prices. Unfortunately the customer experience was not the best. I had to write a mail because my item did not leave the warehouse, to which the response was fast and it was sent the next day, but unfortunately to an address that was incomplete with corrupted characters. The item did eventually arrive after co-operation from my local postal service, but in a box that looked like somebody had been playing football with it. I would love to continue using this shop for the many collectibles, however I just can't guarantee the after sales service.

Great value as long as you're shopping in the UK, prices are great at first glance but exclude customs charges, which just about make the prices equal if not higher than you'd find on Book Depository or Amazon, even the 3-5% discount for buying in bulk doesn't offset it, they have a great range, so staff you're stuck for finding something in low stock I'd recommend

Great price, great selection, but very slow to ship. Took 2 weeks from order being placed before it shipped - all items were in stock and none were back-orders I got them eventually, and I'm very pleased now

Ordered muffin time Didnt got any tracking number Box fell apart Some of the cards came with small damage Still playable, like the cards how are made Someday ill order again (maybe other things) but please pay attention how its packed and the condition of the goods

I've been using Zatu for a number of years and they've always been great value and pretty good on deliveries. However twice now I've had issues with my Victory points (reward points) when trying to use them to make a purchase as they have 'disappeared' without adding the discount to the purchase. Both times the service has been pretty good, the customer service team has resolved the issue quickly and i've got the points back within 24-48 hours. The problem has occurred when I've then gone back to buy the games which have increased in price during that period, therefore totally negating the benefit of the victory points. Like I say it's happened twice now and I've contacted their service team about it who are then suddenly don't respond when asked if they can help me with the price I'd originally added to the basket. Shame because on one hand all is good, then on the other it feels a little off and not very customer friendly.

I placed an order with Zatu and assumed all was well. Several days later I received an email saying they had priced the product incorrectly and I was refunded. I was given a link to reorder the product at the new increased price, the link provided didn’t actually work. I persisted and found the product again through their website and reordered. Eventually my order was confirmed but was then unfortunately hit by the Royal Mail strike, where as this wasn’t within Zatu’s control the lack of planning seemed odd for such a public strike. My product eventually arrived and was as expected, I can’t complain. But it did feel rough getting hit twice by events out of my control and seeing very little consolation from Zatu.

The prices are very good but sadly there stuff arrives with many missing pieces. I bought an expansion pack that had missing parts and requested help. In fairness they was quick to reply and send out a replacement missing miniature piece. However it was stupidly packaged and it arrived bent and broken in many pieces. For me the prices aren't weren't the hassle. I'd rather pay more for better quality control.

Delivery was fast and the customer service replies fast. Except for the part when I had to wait for 4 months for my order without any update that I have to msg customer service about the status of my order. And also, they didn’t offer any options but to wait for my order and I had to suggest an option but in the end I had to pay for the extra cost not thinking of the inconvenience that I had for the past 4 months and the game that I didn’t get in the end and had to settle for another edition. It was okay but the transaction could have been done better.
