I'm still evaluating. My first order still isn't reflected on my account. I contacted them. An incredibly nice gentleman respo did and said he fixed it, but it's still missing. I replied stating that. Nothing. My second order has been sitting in Chicago, IL now for 9 days. Tracking ends there and I still haven't received my games from the second order.

Someone up there needs to learn how to wrap internationally with small box and a big box together. Not hard if willing to learn by adding some cardboard inbetween the two items, it solves allot of it, rather than two boxes put on top of each other and gets throwned and damaged in travel and easy to know what happens to one box. Could have given 5 if separation in wrapping was done properly as previously.

The game itself was great. Unfortunately I did have a problem with the customs office when the boardgame was send to me. This resulted in extra charges which I did not expect.

The price was great and you did have games in stock that I could not find in another store. The only reason I rate it 3 instead of 5 is because the shipping was a little expensive and didn't arrive on time. If I am not wrong the deadline was august 10 but today is august 12 and the game didn't arrive yet. To be more accurate, the rating is 3.5 and I would consider purchasing on your website again but the shipment did disappoint me.

I’m so frustated. The boardgames are not protected using bubble wrap or anything. Two of the items came dented and my GWT box is damage very badly.

We received our game very promptly, but were disappointed to see that the box had been opened and the seal broken. On checking the contents all seemed to be in order except for a "sticker" . AS it was a time critical present we could not return it. So we will use it and hope that all is in order. A disappointing first order from Zatu.

The game is one of my favourites, the chips are solid, the box is sturdy, and delivery was extremely prompt. Unfortunately a corner of the box was completely smashed...

Ordered before cut off on Thursday evening and paid for next day delivery. Parcel wasn’t dispatched until the following day and as a courier was used, it didn’t arrive until the following Monday. I emailed Zatu to ask why it wasn’t dispatched on the agreed date and never even received a response. Would have been faster to go with the standard Royal Mail option.

The prices are great, and their selection/stock is second to none but unfortunately, all of my orders to date have been incredibly slow, twice now due to a single item of negligible value holding up the entire order for a week or more but even when in stock there appear to be consistent issues with the "next day dispatch" target as most of their stock is apparently spread over warehouses or just kept with manufacturers for drop ship. If not for that, 5/5.

Whilst the site itself is excellent and prices competitive I had an issue with the Conan book I ordered taking 2 weeks to ship despite it showing as 'in stock'. When it did finally arrive one end of the box packaging was open and the book had obviously fallen out and damaged the main book cover corner although the postman was apologetic. In addition the book cover sent me was not the direct mark variant cover as shown on the site but the regular cover. So my experience on this occasion is sadly mixed.
