Dispatch email received very quickly however tracking still shows that Royal Mail haven't received it in to their system yet after 5 days. Not sure what's going on.

Good choice of products however delivery is shocking due to only using royal mail. Be better if more courier options were available

Expected Monday-Tuesday, but didn't arrive until Saturday (royal mail strikes Thursday and Friday). Took a lot of time to arrive but nice free post-it notes

Promo not applied automatically at checkout, request to apply sent ten minutes after order placed seeing no promo rather than cancel order and reorder but told not possible now. Not great customer service for the sake of about £2.

arrived on time but not packaged appropriately and , whilst the toys are undamaged their boxes are not , which is not great when they're gifts

Game was a good price but I got charged import duty owing to Brexit. Unlikely I will order again. Game arrived perfect otherwise.

The service and product from Zatu was fantastic and cant fault it. Royal Mail took the edge off the overall experience as the parcel wasnt delivered when they claimed it would be and I wasted a day staying in. It did turn up 5 days late after I rang Zatu customer care.

Game finally arrived nearly 2 weeks after order and follow up emails and calls. Was told many times it was "At the other warehouse" which meant nothing to me. Finally arrived in a recycled package with signs of scraping on the edges and plastic seal. Not a huge disaster but please don't state In Stock 48 hour delivery if its not going to be. If I was told from the outset bit of a delay I might still have gone ahead as it was a good price. But that was my choice. Will think twice next time.

Overall the service was OK, but the product arrived damaged, 2 of the 3 most valuable figures in the brick missing parts, basically making them unusable and the brick nowhere near the value I paid for it. Checked to see if I could get figures replaced or let you guys know but didn't seem to be anyway of doing so. Wouldn't expect you to replace the chase figure or the super rare that arrived damaged but maybe send me a couple of booster boxes as a gesture. Will definitely think twice about using again in future sadly.

Zatu is my normal go-to supplier of mail order games due to their competitive prices and excellent service. This time I was less than happy with the delivery. Had I been in when Royal Mail called I would have refused delivery as the external packaging was very badly crushed. Miraculously the game inside was undamaged and I did not need to return it. But the packing by Zatu was very poor. My game (Pandemic clone wars) was quite a bit smaller than the box it was packed it and there was zero packing material to prevent it rattling round and being damaged in transit. Luckily it survived the journey and crush damage, but definitely a yellow card from me.

When parcel came the holiday calendar was damaged and the tabs for each day were stuck in other tabs and the front of the box was ripped.

Can't say good or bad. Made purchase, told was shipping but cant track it as something pops up about some kind of workers strike in mail services there. Royalmail tracking dont work... I now don't know if my order is coming or not, or if i'll even get it buy the holidays...No further communication from them....Sad.

Wrong game sent and still no news of a replacement a week later and/or no return of funds... UPDATE: Refund given (seems they don’t have the product but had no problem to take my money in the first place!!!)
