“Product arrived when stated but you were extremely lucky nothing was damaged I ordered 10 packs of Pokemon cards valued at £100 and they arrived in just a cardboard envelope no protection whatsoever I was very disappointed even a bubble wrap envelope would of been ok just to show a bit of care”

“5 packs of 151 3 packs had the same holo gengar at the back ,and the packs ripped open super easy maybe old packs or something i dont know coincidence or not ,speedy delivery tho”

“Well...package was late in fact if I didn't contact local post office i wouldn't even receive it. Kind man from support team told me that he'll check with royal mail but i never got the response back. Pack was opened and re-sealed probably to pass the control on borders i don't personally mind it but if you are ordering something collectable or something that shouldn't be touched better find some other store it's worth to give few extra bucks to get your package untouched and on time. Overall it was worth the shot but I'll keep with my previous distribution since we have order almost every Monday.”
