“First of all, the website is very clear and easy to use. It often has great deals. My game was shipped quickly and arrived in the Netherlands in perfect condition. The price of this game was lower than the price in the Netherlands.”

“Ordered Flamme Rouge Grand Tour Extension on 14-Nov 2024. Various emails and phone calls kept promising later & later delivery dates. Last phone call mentioned b "by mid July". Still nothing. I know it is more likely the fault of the supplier but I would have liked better information. Looks like I'll have to cancel the order. As a household and neighbours, we have moved on from playing board games, at least until next winter.”

“I got the game in a good state, so I am happy. However, the preorder process was a bit odd. I preordered the game for its next printing wave. I didn't get a message when the product arrived. A month or so later, I checked the store page to find out that the product was already in stock, and that only a few copies were left too! I immediately contacted them and didn't get a respond for a little less than a week, after which suddenly I got a message saying my package was just packed and sent my way. After 3 hours or so of that e-mail, they responded to my earlier query saying it was dispatched. It just feels like, if I didn't remind them of my preorder, I would've missed mine...”

“Terrible customer service and dishonest listing of products they claim to be ordering. I ordered three books that I later found out were no longer being published yet I was continually fobbed off with the excuse of they were on 'back order'. I received one refund, but I am still awaiting another and I've had to make yet another complaint. I was a loyal customer with Zatu, but I will never buy anything from them again, to sell products that are no longer published is thoroughly, thoroughly dishonest.”
