Would have been 5 but paid extra for parcel force delivery offered at checkout for a boxing day delivery. Item didn't arrive until 3 days later. Turns out parcel force workers had boxing day off and the following extra bank holidays.

Everything was fine except I cancelled my order before dispatch and they still dispatched it meaning I had to spend time returning it.

I ordered two games to be sent on a specific date. I paid the extra fee, and the parcel was not delivered when I chose. I asked for a refund of the extra fee from a normal delivery free and even though I got a reply, the petition was ignored. Parcel was a little damaged but the games were in perfect condition, so no complains on Zatu Games but to the parcel company.

the games are great, the web is great, but the 'Recommended' delivery with Royal Mail was poor, it did said it was going to be delivered on Tuesday but it was delivered on Friday, can't trust it

when a game is in stock its sent quickly and packaged well but theyre terrible for advertising restocks of games they dont have and have no idea when theyll get them

Ordered Quacks of Quedlinburg mega box, delivery was good. However, missing some pieces (flame turn counter and one fortune teller card noticed so far) which is disappointing.

Great choise of games at good priceses and quick service. I have knocked stars off as when things go wrong(which happens with any company) responces are obvously copy and paste and dont always fit the issue. This has lead me to cancel more than one order for a quick solution rather than deal with the non answer.

Zatu WAS my first pick for a boardgame store - but recently I need to take 2 stars off for an incredibly stupefying experience. They've sent my preorder to an old address (that was on the purchase order) when I had a new updated address on the account for way before postage. That was NOT a problem to me, contacted them, explained that they've made an error - and then a guy named Taylor told me, without even fully reading the ticket, that they can re-send it to me ON MY COST for a mistake they've made themselves. I replied asking if he even read the message but got no reply. I get it that this is busy time, but come on. I had to drive 30 miles or wait an extra month because the guy couldn't be bothered to read a ticket. Shame.

Normally a great shop and good value … but unfortunately still waiting for the items and unlikely to receive them as held up by Royal Mail strikes! So won’t have it for Xmas!
