“Nice quick delivery and arrived safely. Could have done with better packaging as box was too big for items with not enough filling around items. An easy fix on there end as could on a busy day easily get crushed.”

“AS I said before I am not and never have been Ian Darby. All the Royal Mail info came to me and I couldn’t find a way to stop it or refer back to you. PLEASE check for the correct email for Ian Darby – I don’t even know whether Ian received your delivery.”

“Advertised a free pack of cards over a certain amount spent, but send out a different pack.Even on delivery note it still advertises the pack.if you are putting the same pack on delivery notes then maybe you need to stick to the image shown as that is why some customers place an order. It is very misleading”

Hello Sarah, After having investigated this we can confirm that the Pokemon Fun pack promotion is selected from an assortment of random packs and as such we can't guarantee which pack will be given with any particular order. We’re sorry to hear about this confusion with the free Pokemon fun pack you received. We understand how important it is for our promotions to be accurate, and we recognize how this situation could lead to disappointment. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out at team@zatu.co.uk with reference number 3121. Warm regards, Team Zatu Games
