“I haven't received my package after 10 days. I know it could be DPD's fault, but that's not true. Because I'm getting information that it will be delivered today, yes, but in the UK, and I live in Poland. You are not even able to reliably check the correctness of the address and the customer, and thus whether the customer received the package. I am disappointed.”

“I was looking for a paticular Tmnt figure for my grandson but everywhere was out of stock. When I saw Zatu Games had one in stock I did the usual checks before committing to purchase from new supplier. Everything checked out and the order was simple and went well. I would recommend Zatu Games for their stock of rare items that may not be available elsewhere. Well done.”

“Good shop and prices, but stay on top of them! They're nice and reply fast, but don't contact you unless you contact them first. They didn't ship my order on time. A week later, I emailed them and they told me they didn't have one of the items in stock. Then I waited for several months, until I gave up and removed that item from the order.”
