“Bought an item off the Zatu website - 8 days later they email me asking for more money as they say they priced it wrong and won't send it unless I give them another £18. I paid and it still didn't arrive for another week. I won't shop at Zatu again.”

“What can I say - great variety of games, low prices, frequent deals and super easy delivery (for outside of UK). I would only subtract a tiny little pip because some rarer items were out of stock with no ETA... but let's be serious - I haven't found a store that even stocks those at all other than here.”
