“Game is very good and would recommend. I would have liked more communication from Zatu Games. I ordered in December and it arrived recently. I understand it wasn’t ready yet but a few updates would have been good.”

“A broad selection of the newest board games as well as the classics. Quick and easy check out. My particular order got a tear in one of the sides during the transportation, but the content inside the teared board game box was just as imagined.”

“Hello I receive my Dvd's in good shape. The shopping have take ... Arond 3weeks. I add few difficultys to watch the Dvd's because they are'nt in the good region code on my computers... Europe/Canada!”

“They have a great assortiment, you can find basically any game, in any condition you want... However I'm after three weeks still waiting for my game which was shipped from the UK to the Netherlands. So if you order outside UK keep in mind you have to pay import tax and you'll have to wait pretty long :(”

“Excellent, quick service as always. I have always been a happy customer. Only problem this time being that I got hit with extra customs and charges before delivery (to Ireland), adding another 33% to the cost of the item. Not Zatu's fault, but it does mean that either Amazon (who somehow include all charges at checkout) or other EU based suppliers are now more competitive regardless of Zatu's discounts.”

“They didn't have one of the items in stock, so processed a refund. Ideally, they should be stating stock online so that people can understand before buying. If I was time-sensitive about it I would be more annoyed. Plus points, price and range (when in stock).”

“Value for money, brilliant. Overall happy with the books I order. I have ordered a games from here before and it was perfect. My packaging and delivery this this order was shocking. My books came in some cardboard that had one end open and only and elastic band holding it together. The books were a little damaged(readable). If I had not been here or it was raining they would have been a lot worse. There are some marks over the back of the book and even some small ones on the inside (corners/covers are bent and there's some sticky stuff on the bottom of one book). Really not happy with how you guys packaged this. It wasn't good enough. Want to order more books from you but worried if they are delivered in a similar state. The books are definitely still readable, but that's not the point. I love this series and wanted to places these books in my gaming room and for it to look perfect. Am a little disappointed. Last time I ordered from you the game came within 2 days but took a bit longer this time. Not a huge issue but a shame”

“The games were delivered promptly but the package was not thick enough and when I received it was damaged, and the games boxes, not protected by anything except the external cardboard, could be seen through the holes in the carboard. One of the boxes corners was damaged. This could have been avoided if Zatu had used some bubble wrap.”

“The product arrived fine, and its great. But the price was more than competitors but only one in stock, also the packaging was shocking. The side panels of the box wasn't taped so the flap just falls out allowing the parcel to have come out and or be seen by potential thieves.”
