“Always get all my Warhammer or Pokémon stuff from Zatu. Prices are always competitive and sometimes lower than comparable sites/shops. Huge selection of boars games as well. Items always as described and arrive in excellent condition. Delivery times can vary, sometimes it's quick sometimes it takes up to 2 weeks but this balances out with other savings. Highly recommend”

“Pre order item delayed multiple times (not Zatu games fault) however the parts on the order that were not pre order arrived damaged, their resolution was either return the item (despite waiting months to receive) or a tiny partial refund. Other organizations would have just sent out a replacement. Made me feel I was being difficult due to an issue which wasn't my fault.”
