“Very cheap price and fast delivery, but all cards in booster box were very whitened around the edges and all poor condition, I know this wasn’t the fault of zatu games but it is still quite dissapointing.”

“Been waiting for about two weeks; item has yet to arrive. Tracking says still hasn’t come from UK to USPS. Will rerate once item arrives and condition is checked.”

“They are a legit company and my case might have been an anomaly, but it was very poorly packaged. When I grabbed it from the mailbox it fell out of the packaging. Would still recommend them though.”

“This is a card game. I have only played with 2 but it can be played by 3 or 4 in what appears to be a very differnt way. I have played about 6 times. It is a game that has so far failed to engage me and I think the reason is that winning is based on the scoring at the end - which is rather complicated - and not easy to assess mid game. Now in a game like this you want to feel that you are making good plays - that is what makes it fun! The trouble seems to be that there is no way of judging a good play during the game. Some are obvious - but just randomly playing cards often seems to lead to better results at the end! I will stick with this for a while and see if my feelings change.....”

“Very much enjoying this new copy of Innovation. Unfortunately the game was delivered with a player card missing detailing the actions. There should be one for each player but only 3 arrived. Have yet to hear anything from customer service yet despite contacting them a week ago.”

“I managed to find the product I was looking for at a good price, but I could not pay for it using just my card for some reason. Tried ~a dozen times until I decided to download PayPal and use that instead, which worked. A bit disappointed in this system but it worked out in the end, would still recommend.”

“In light of the pandemic and Brexit I can understand there were problems but what I was most disappointed about was there total lack of communication. I expected delays but I also expected info from Zatu to keep me informed. 10 months from order to receipt is simply unacceptable. When it finally arrived it was excellent.”

“Generally and in the past zatu is a great place to shop, you know what you get and when you're getting it.. but not this time. I enquired to delivery time frames as the initial expectations were missed, however my messages were unanswered, so only a maximum of 3 stars can be given. The game did eventually come however, I just wish I'd of been kept more in the loop per my requests.”

“First time customer. Delivery was super fast however Zatu sent me the wrong version of game (not as described) so I initiated the refund process. It’s been a week and I’m still waiting for after sale customer service acknowledgment which is unacceptable. Not sure I’ll buy from this company again.”

“Colis reçu rapidement, sous 6 jours, des progrès à faire concernant l'emballage, la boîte de jeu est dans le carton sans protection, papier bulle ou autre, du coup la boîte est exposée aux chocs, légères traces d'enfoncement sur 2 angles, rien de trop sévère heureusement”
