“Was so happy to find Papayoo available for purchase!! Once I ordered Zatu Games shipped very quickly and I was happy it was received so quickly since it was being shipped from the UK to the US. Game was ordered evening of April 29. I received shipping confirmation and tracking number on April 30, and received parcel on May 6. Great seller!!!”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that your item was missing a component. Unfortunately as we do not have any spare stock or replacement parts available, and neither does our supplier we had recommended getting in touch with the manufacturer to see if they are able to replace this part as we are unable to directly replace the missing piece ourselves. We can also see on our records that we have mentioned that if the manufacturer is not able to replace the missing part we would be happy to accept a return for a full refund as well, regardless as to whether the product was opened or not. Unfortunately manufacturing errors can occasionally occur and are entirely outside of our control.
