xThe customer service provided by this company is atrocious. It falls way below what I would expect when dealing with a retailer of high-end fashion. I have experienced a problem with a Balmain shirt which was defective and the company have refused to assist with the matter, refused to return the item, do not respond to communications and they have now stated I have commited fraud having raised a chargeback request with my Amex card used to buy the item. I am truly annoyed and let down by the customer the absolute lack of customer care and in dismay about the lack of compliance with customer rights for defective items purchased online. Please be cautious if making a purchase online

Liars! I will tell you my story. I live in Lithuania. I found a Canada Goose jacket on ZAP Clothing, then wrote to them asking if there were any additional fees since I live in the EU. They replied no, there are no additional fees. Okay, I made a purchase, and after 5 days, I received a letter from Lithuanian customs stating that I have to pay VAT (around 300 EUR). I refused to accept. Then I wrote to ZAP, sending them what they initially wrote to me, but they didn't apologize or offer any resolution. We agreed on a refund, but I have to pay VAT and for shipping. I then sent them a few articles stating that there is no VAT for returning items (which they confirmed). We agreed on a shipment cost of 20 pounds. Okay. Then they wrote that the refund will be processed after 8-10 working days. After 11 working days, I wrote again. After two days, they replied that they were busy due to a sales period and stated that the refund is in process, so I will receive it after 72 hours. Today is the 7th day (and almost 2 months when I made an order), I haven't received a refund, and ZAP is not replying to my messages. It's a shame because I lost so much time, and I have to seek help here. My order is ZAP63541. If I do not find help here, then I will contact official institutions. So, dears, you can imagine the situation I find myself in.

worst shopping experience i have ever had. i use to order high brands online all the times.products come to me from all over the world through farfetch , Baltini ,the outnet, cettire and lots more always the order arrives on time and if delayed it is maximum a week. so i think this ZAP web is a scam more than a month delay now and no comunication at all.

I decided not to listen to the negative reviews about ZAP and see for myself as they had an item I wanted and a good price. Ordering and delivery went well, but where it all fell apart was when I had to return an item that was too small. I spent $110 from the US to return the item quickly and I got a notification that the item was received and to wait 8-10 working days for a refund. After receiving nothing back on the 12th working day, I contacted ZAP who apologised for the delay and assured me by the beginning of the next week, the refund would be received. After 17 working days, still no refund. I contact ZAP again, they respond sorry for the day, refund will be coming within 72 hours. Now 30 days have passed since they received my return and no refund. Be aware, this company does NOT want to give refunds and will delay delay delay as long as possible until you are forced to open a case with your credit card company or PayPal which takes another 10 days to resolve. They have had my item return and my money for 30 days - This store is run by liars who have no intention of giving refunds. Don’t be tempted by their cheap prices if you think you might need the return an item for a refund. Order at your own risk.

This company is the worst. They have no telephone number and they do not respond to emails for support. They charge $30 dollar shipping fees yet ship regular delivery mail. They are truly one of worst online retailers. Also, something feels very sketchy about this company. My item arrived in a plastic bag not marked with Valentino’s logo. I called my sales assistant at Valentino in NYC and he said that they do not ship out their products in clear plastic bags. Avoid this company. Total scammers. Also, the item was huge and clearly some sort of irregular item. I guess I’m stuck with it, but a costly lesson learned.

1.Poor communication that tax duty wasn’t included otherwise I was shopping at a different UK competitor. 2. Also bought shoes of £700,- but shoes were sent without a double box. Shoe box is damaged

Awful customer service. Returned an expensive jacket, Zap confirmed receipt and refund processed. Over three weeks later and refund payment still not received. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced hands down. After paying the shipping fee I was contacted to pay an additional sum for shipping. Does not provide a return label for orders that should be returned. Waste of your time energy and MONEY!

Firstly ZapClothing on their website states they ship packages in their company boxes. However my order Zap 58141 was packed in a plastic bag with no cushioning. UPS has certified being liable for The package being damaged. Pursuant to which UPS issued official statement certifying this. I have attached it onto this review. This claim notification in an agreement by UPS to pay Zap. When a carrier accepts liability for causing damage or loss to shipment resulting in non-fulfillment of goods; It asserts the right of the buyer entitled to a refund. However ZapClothing have deceived me for providing a refund. Zap said A refund will be processed once UPS has paid the claim. Firstly This is an invalid and unenforceable policy as As buyers right to a refund Is determined if the carrier accepts their liability causing non-fulfillment of order. Furthermore, Zap said it submitted the claim payment documents required to process the claim payment to UPS on February 1, 2023. However, on February 14th 2023 I have received a letter directly from UPS headquarters stating that UPS has still not received claim payment documentation from ZapClothing required to process the claim payment. It has been 18 days since zap falsified it submitted the documents . However UPS still not has received any claim payment documents. This Establishes Zap uses the false pretext to withholding the refund until it receives claim payment from UPS as ZAP intentionally does not even fulfill requirements for receiving claim payment so they can just give the buyer a run around/ it gives Zap an excuse to avoid processing a valid refund.

Online ordering is good had a problem with my parcel going missing as the dpd driver left a pair of £400 trainers outside next to a bin. It taken zap 3 weeks to try and resolve the matter and we are still no further forward online customer service is slow and poor response rate Not recommended only shop when you see a bargain or you cannot find the item from a larger retailer very unprofessional

They charge for express shipping and do not ship express. They just send confirmation of a pre paid label. It’s been 5 days and I still have no updated tracking information.
