“They charge for express shipping and do not ship express. They just send confirmation of a pre paid label. It’s been 5 days and I still have no updated tracking information.”

“Item sold was not authentic and sizing was way off. 46 as tagged was really like a 52. Will not buy again and buyer beware of Zap faulty incorrect items and terrible return policy as to ship back to the UK is more than the item generally costs.”

“Wouldnt have even given it half a star should there have been an option to do so. Absolute cow boys, appalling customer services, accused me of something which wasnt true. Not going let these thieves get away with this one...daylight robbery. You will be hearing from my solicitors on this one, will spend 10 times the amount if needed to get justice, absolute con artists and no consideration for the law. Avoid at all costs!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. I purchased a pair of designer shoes from Zap Clothing just four months ago and the soles of the shoes are literally breaking in half. Zap Clothing has adamantly denied any responsibility, said it was my doing and will not offer any sort of resolve for the clearly defective product. An overall horrible customer service experience. Furthermore, the shoe manufacture will not guarantee AUTHENTICITY of the product because Zap Clothing is NOT AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER. They could very well be selling counterfeit product! By all means, do NOT buy from Zap Clothing. You could be out hundreds and potentially thousands of dollars if you face any issues with your expectedly designer product.”

“Terrible and misleading!! I ordered what I thought was a size 6 ( because that’s what it said) received a size 40 and was told a uk6 is a 40. There was absolutely no way of knowing that. I had such high hopes until this point! NEVER AGAIN!!”

“You ask for my feedback but don't follow up with me or the shipper and I have no idea what is going on with my package other than the tracking says return to sender requested and the shipper says they can't get ahold of you! Terrible service, terrible experience, will never shop here again!”

“I've been trying to reach out to this company for 3 days now and I have not gotten one response.the order I placed the sneakers are gonna be too big so I'm just gonna refuse the package but I wanted to order another pair before yall sell out of my size so I guess I have to wait till I get the package so I can send it back and hope that you guys still have the size I need.”

“I'm trying to return my item.I sent a Email asking if you have a U.S address.Because if I send it directly to the UK address it will cost more then the item to send.I haven't heard from anyone. I also tried to invite you to whatsapp and that didn't work.”
