We have been established since 1982 and been stockist of brands such as Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana ect for more than 20 years. “I spent $80 to ship back an item I didn’t like. I think a better solution would be to offer shipping back at a discounted rate. For example your shipping rate is cheaper than what I can get so this would’ve at least been a better option or offer free returns with a store credit. This option helps you keep the buyer coming back to you for another transaction. The fact that it cost me $80 to return an item makes me feel it’s too risky to buy from your site in the event I’m not satisfied w the item I have to pay for the return.”

“Purchased item and they haven’t refunded or returned the item to me. I returned the item within their policy and they just ignore me every time I send them the order number. Would not reccomend Been scammed for 320 pounds Stay away!!”

“Excellent service and product's, just wish they would offer free p&p when spending lots of money with them. Also the option of picking up item from courier at designated pick up points and not just home address. (Difficult when you work full time).”
