“I placed an order since 28th Mar and got a tracking number that hasn't shown anything in over 3weeks. Contacted Zap Fashion, sent so many emails all ignored till now. If a company asked a carrier to deliver an item and the item seems stuck somewhere, it will be good customer service for that company to follow up with the carrier if there is an issue!!! This company TOTALLY IGNORED all my emails for the past 3 weeks or so now. No response!!!! Soo disappointed!!!!!!”

“Very responsive even on bank holiday. I ordered the Gucci backpack on Easter Monday and I received it on Thursday HK Time. The bag was packed in a nice big box. Zap Clothing has provided first class online shopping service and I will shop again with them in the future.”
