“I was sadly surprised by your online store. 5 days after paying for the order with my personal card, I was required to confirm the transaction so that I could dial into the bank and all that. I didn't enjoy my purchase. Order number ZAP72670”

“After waiting for 2 days and wasting a days holiday, I am still waiting for my c.£300 sweatshirt to be delivered. Apparently it has been lost en route, but nobody seems to know anything despite stressing that I needed the item for yesterday as it was a present. Now I have received this request from ZAP asking me to write a review?? Appalling service. I would be wary of buying anything from this company again.”
