“Jacket came and smells of dampness, not surprising as was packaged terribly (in old plastic canada goose bag) then in a Zap clothing bag, no box! Contacted customer services who in my opinion were rude. A lot of money to spend and nothing ‘luxury’ about it”

“Arrived quuckly my husband very pleased with his half priced top. But a £591 top arrived in a plastic bag🙃🙄 which i know is cheaper but come on should of been in a box 1 star less for that”
