“Purchased an item and returned it the same day, that was 30th Dec. It's now 3rd Feb and I still haven't recieved a refund for an item which cost over £1000...... I'd prefer to give 0 stars....”

“Good price with discount. Only issue is there’s a small mark on the polo shirt. I emailed Zap just to say I would keep the shirt but they should be more observant in their quality checks before dispatching their items. Unfortunately they have not replied which to me is bad customer service.”

“I payed an extra 30 dollars for express delivery and after 3 weeks of waiting and countless emails I still haven’t received my package so I had to call my credit card company. I wouldn’t recommend, just a waste of time”
