“After searching for a pair of Christian Louboutin flip flops in the size I needed for my daughters 40th birthday, I was elated to find them on Zap. I waited eagerly for them to come. I opened the box to find a size 42 instead of a 38!! Now I can’t get a single response from anyone as how to correct the mistake. I even sent a copy of the receipt that shows a 38 was ordered!! Very sad customer service.”

“First time shopping with zap. Honestly so impressed. Delivery was quick. Goods were packed really well so as to protect them. When I called in about an exchange the lady was polite, and helpful.
