“I ordered a size 41, received a size 42. And they made me pay for shipping back to the uk after they sent me the wrong size? Diabolical. First and last time customer.”

Hello RJ, Thank you for your review. As stated on our website under all footwear styles is that our sizing is UK sizing not US. You can use our size guide to convert UK sizing to US. “After searching for a pair of Christian Louboutin flip flops in the size I needed for my daughters 40th birthday, I was elated to find them on Zap. I waited eagerly for them to come. I opened the box to find a size 42 instead of a 38!! Now I can’t get a single response from anyone as how to correct the mistake. I even sent a copy of the receipt that shows a 38 was ordered!! Very sad customer service.”

“Purchased a Balmain polo shirt on Wednesday next day express delivery for a special occasion this is now Sunday still not received contacted Zap who seemed uninterested said I would be returning not even an offer to cover return postage expected more from high end store.”
