“Ordered something next day delivery. Took 5 days to find out it wasn’t even in stock, and even then I had to call up the store myself and message on WhatsApp to find out what was going on. Happy to take my money as soon as I ordered however. Just been sent a ‘credit memo’ for my refund which takes 3-5 days, but was receiving review emails before anyone had the courtesy to reply to my query. Shocking online service not worth wasting your time to save a few extra quid with better services elsewhere online.”

“Another bad experience with zap,ordered 2 t shirts,only 1 came with the other just wrote on the invoice as out of stock,no refund no reply to emails as usual,just about to ring my bank to get my money back”

“I was online shopping looking for a pair of Balmain sneakers . The store did not have my size so I googled the name of the sneakers and Zap Clothing website popped up. I never heard of Zap Clothing but I decided to give them chance after reading the return policy. Zap Clothing has the designer sneakers and the size that I wanted. I even got the sneakers at a lower price. I must say that I am happy I found you. Thanks Zap Clothing. Love Ms. Davis”
