“I placed the order for Gucci shoes based on the web promotions and availability on your platform . Then fourth day, I get a credit note being issued saying that the item is not available. This has happened before too. I see this as not a good practice when targeting high-end customers.”

“I demand a refund as I paid 50$ for shipping that is supposed to be 1-3 working days wich would be tomorrow the tracker says it's not coming till next week so basically you guys mislead me into paying 50$ extra”

“It was easy to order. The postage could be cheaper as only next day delivery was offered. You should have a cheaper alternative like delivery to a shop for the customer to collect.”
