“I received a text saying my parcel would be delivered on Friday 20th September, at 11 o’clock i would get a 1 hour time slot. That didn’t happen, and i didn’t get my parcel. When i click on the email, it now says will be delivered Monday!”

“I have used Zap a few times now and find their offering and service very reliable. Anyone can sell top brands but not everyone can treat people well and ensure the product is well presented and the customer gate a great deal. my latest purchase was a sale item and kindly, Zap even gave me a further 40% discount as I had missed the offer end date. First class!”
