Hi, You placed your order on the 14 June we also emailed you on the 14 June saying "We are really sorry but this item was out of stock. You have been fully refunded. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Regards ZAP" Were we just went on sale our website went crazy and so did the store some items were bought twice but very few. We apologize for any inconvenience Very Best ZAP

“Wouldn’t let me order an item due to my card billing address not matching the delivery address. This is the only site I’ve ever had this issue with. I ended up having the find the same item on the official Gucci site and order from there instead, with no issues and free delivery. Also, I was unaware that my order hadn’t even been processed until I checked the email thoroughly a few days later (when I was concerned that I’d not had a dispatch email), to find that in small writing at the very bottom of the email, it said that my order can’t be processed. Due to this, my item didn’t arrive in time for Father’s Day. Not happy.”
