“Poor , never answer the land line I rang them 4 times and emailed 3 times for a returns form and not even had a reply , very dissapointed to be honest after spending £ 400 with this company wish I had ordered through flannels .”

“Ordered a balmain Tshirt in a Medium to then recieve a phone call once getting order confirmation and money taken out my bank saying the top is not in stock, the women on the phone was very rude and not helpful one bit with a very bad attitude.”

“I am really happy with my purchase, the shipping was really fast and my order arrived within 2 business days from ZAP Clothing to NYC which is extremely fast. The only recommendation I would make is a lot of men who live in the U.S. have big feet like me and it would be nice if Zap Clothing offered bigger shoe sizes such as size 14 and 15 U.S. and more of size XXL in their clothing. Overall though I am really satisfied with my purchase I saved $295 purchasing my Gucci belt bag through Zap Clothing then through Gucci it's self and that's a big win making my high-end fashion purchase affordable. Thank you so much.”

“Service always been great as your team are good, however you need to stock the the exclusives like Gucci, Valentino, Prada, Balenziaga, saint Laurent. You are missing a trick, Also went in the other day and you have no new stony or cp! ☹️ need to up your game guys as you won’t be around god much longer.”

“The reversible Gucci belt I purchased arrived defective. Unfortunately, I did not test the belt until after the 2 week exchange window because I thought I was purchasing from a reputable company & wasn’t anticipating my belt not to reverse due to the price of the item. The buckle does not rotate at all. I will just purchase directly from Gucci in the future. In addition, the packaging was not the same as when you order from Gucci (only dust bag was provided). Lesson learned.”
