“This company is a complete scam. I’m not saying that they don’t do some good deals but that’s just for show. I ordered a pair of Givenchy Jeans for $500 and zapsclothing sent me an email an hour later saying the items out of stock...now it’s been 4 days and the charge is stilllll on my card for the $500. This company purposely makes people buy items that they dont have so that they could hold on to people’s money and play with it until they have to legally pay it back. They try to put money on the books and make it look good, they sell people sold out items on purpose. BEWARE. they will take your money.”

“ordered trainers only to have them delivered and find out that they didn't match. When i rang they were extremely unhelpful and told me to email them with what was wrong with the trainers as they could do nothing. They then told me to send them back so they can look at them. By the way i have to pay for the return so they can look at them and make a decision about what they can do.”

“To start, pricing on the list view didn't match the actual price of the item once you are it to the cart. Then I ordered, and paid for a jacket, just to receive an email after days, that because of an error on their system it was not available. Very very bad experience.”
