“Pretty much perfect. Honestly I don't get the hate on ZAP. I've ordered a few items for them and they've all arrived on time in perfect condition, with DPD usually delivering a day ahead of schedule in most cases. I've always been impressed with their packaging as well. I recently ordered a hoodie from ZAP, I appreciated the additional effort especially given that I wouldn't be wearing the piece everyday. Mr brother was similarly impressed with packaging when he ordered a watch a few months ago, and it made the experience all the more special for him. I can wholeheartedly recommend ZAP, they're genuinely one of the best sites out there, and feels a bit more personal compared to a few other sites I've bought from.”

“I have used ZAP for quite a number of years now, and being kind of a cheapskate, I typically order during their sales period. I have to say that that my items have always arrived in perfect condition within the stipulated date. This is a safe website to shop at, and what you see, is what you get. I have yet to face any issues with the retailer, and I will continue to shop at zap for many more years.”

“Do not purchase from Zap Clothing! They provide zero customer support and will not stand-by or honor shipment of their merchandise. I recently purchased a wallet from them and everything seemed to go smoothly at first -- within a day I received an email saying the item was shipped. I was impressed at how quickly the package progressed (I had the item shipped to the U.S.), but when the tracking showed the item as delivered I found nothing at the front door. I reached out to Zap Clothing and they did not respond to a single email. I also reached out to the shipping company, Interparcel, and they at least responded but said they couldn't find any more information on the lost package. This whole experience is very upsetting, not just because of the +$200 that I paid for non-delivered merchandise, but also because Zap has completely ignored all my attempts to communicate with them.”

“I ordered a item two weeks ago, but it is still being in logistics warehouse in UK. I emailed to zap clothing for this problem several times, but they don't reply and do not deal with this problem. I have no choice but to wait for the delivery.”
