After reviewing it, we can see the issue you mentioned. The wider spacing between the letters “AVA” appears to be a characteristic of the selected font itself, rather than additional spacing added during the setup. That said, we’d really like to make this right for you. “firstly, email communication was excellent. The hoodie arrived early and print looks good. Unfortunately, the quality of the hoodie is poor. It just hangs and flares out at the waiste and looks cheap.... and i had opted for the luxury hoodie. Such a shame, i certainly wont be buying again.”
