“Items are of poor quality and they can not even get back to me why the transfers are not in the correct places they where asked for so the item is totally useless….worst company I have ever dealt with will not give me a return address or a refund…first impressions count this company is not a great one at all….customer services are absolutely disgraceful as well.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience, and we take comments such as these very seriously. As part of our investigation into your concerns regarding the placement of the transfers, we requested images of the items so that we could review the print positioning and raise the matter internally with our production team. These images were requested on multiple occasions before they were received, which unfortunately delayed our ability to complete the investigation and provide a resolution sooner. We have now received and reviewed the images provided. Following this review, we have concluded that the positioning of the transfers falls outside of our acceptable tolerance levels, and this is not the standard we aim to deliver to our customers. In order to resolve this matter, we would like to offer you the option of either replacement items or a full refund. “We had a great experience with Yazoo Clothing. The team was extremely helpful and always available whenever I needed assistance. Even when I struggled to prepare the artwork for our logo, they guided me through the process step by step and made everything much easier. They also allowed us to order sample garments so we could test different designs before committing to the full order, which was incredibly helpful in deciding what worked best for us. The quality of the stitching is excellent, and the overall finish of the garments is fantastic. I’m really pleased with the result and will definitely be placing more orders very soon.”
