“We had heard of Yazzoo from another Scout Group, and they were full of praise for the company. So, we decided to try it ourselves. The response right from the start was amazing; we had a contact person, and she offered to send us samples of the items we wanted. The software program to place your order and customise it was initially a little tricky, but once I got the hang of it, it was a breeze and easy to use. I should have read the instructions better !! The first order arrived right on time, and I was very impressed with the quality of the clothing and the print work. Excellent product and service.”

“After being let down at the last minute by another company for our primary school leavers' hoodies, Yazzoo truly saved the day! Their customer service was second to none—fast, responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process. The quality of the hoodies was amazing too. They were well made, comfortable, and the print looked fantastic. I also made a spelling mistake when placing my order, which was entirely my fault. Despite that, the team were incredibly understanding and arranged a replacement quickly and without any hassle. I couldn't be happier with both the products and the service, and I would highly recommend Yazzoo to anyone looking for high-quality leavers' hoodies backed by outstanding customer support.”

“I am trying to find a screen printing quality service, still looking, yazzoo replicated my design very well and prompt delivery, but unfortunately the result is more like a transfer print, as somany services are, as opposed to a proper screen print, that is part of the material and not sitting on top of the material”

Hi Bob, Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the print method selected for your order 666023. Screen printing is something we offer but this would be on orders of 500+ pieces, unless stated at the time of placing your order we can then factor the additional charges for screen print on a 1 piece order which would include screen charges. I have included the printing techniques link below for reference. https://personalised.clothing/printing All print methods are selected by our production teams when processing orders, to ensure the best suited method for the artwork is selected. The print method used would be direct to film printed which is a method most companies use across garment printing. This allows for small details to be achieved and unlimited colours across designs. “Great team really helpful. I’ve had a few dramas buying stuff online and my bank are a bit gun shy with payments to new vendors. They took the time to email me saying the order was held and if there were any issues I could just follow the link and complete my purchase. “5 Star Service! It felt like a big risk ordering 100 printed T-shirts for our annual festival from a company we've not used before, but we were delighted with the T-shirts. They arrived ahead of the deliery date and were 100% correct in terms of sizes and colours. The webiste was easy to use and upload our designs and the colour choice was incredible. The quality of printing was much better than expected with our designs looking amazing. Highly recommend and wil be back next year”
