Yazzoo are very reliable, offer great customer service and the products and designs are amazing! Our orders are for attendees playing pickleball and they love the varety of colours and items available.

I’ve used this company a couple of times once for Services and once privately and the Service is exceptional. The standard of the work is really high and everything is delivered exactly when they say it is going to be delivered. Would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely fabulous experience. Firstly, the two items of clothing I ordered are of superb quality. I ordered through the wonderful charity http://dogsonthestreets.org/ and the logos are gorgeous, the colours are perfect and they look and feel amazing. I also want to mention the incredible customer service at Yazzoo. I live in Spain and the charity is based in the UK, so ordering was more difficult than expected (mainly due to my bank). Yazzoo were so helpful and kind every step of the way. My husband wore his T-shirt to work as soon as I'd opened the package (don't judge us) and the hoodie for me will be worn pretty much constantly once the weather gets cold again. I cannot recommend this company enough. Wonderful!

Great company, great communication also when we had questions. please to see a company offer no moq as we are a new small business. despite this the pricing was really reasonable. Delivery of our hoodies were within the week, and we weren't disapointed. Really good quality hoodies, and this was the cheapest style, so I would say no need to upgrade. The artwork/logo was great quality also. We will be placing our order shortly for t-shirts.

I’ve just received my order of embroidered HB Racing beanies and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. ​The beanies themselves are a great fit and feel like they’ll be really warm for the trackside, but the standout is definitely the embroidery. The "HB Racing" logo is incredibly sharp—the detail on the turbo and the chequered flag is spot on, and the gold thread really pops against the black fabric. ​It’s clear Yazzoo take real pride in their work. The turn-around time was quick and the finished product looks far more premium than I expected for the price. If you’re looking for high-quality custom team gear, I can’t recommend them enough. Brilliant service!

This order was a birthday gift for our fitness teacher. The care and attention from Yazzoo, especially with the design, was first rate. The quality of the tshirt and sizing was excellent. And, the embroidery stitching was very high quality. From beginning to end, fantastic customer service. The receipient loved it.

So happy with my custom-made T-shirts! The quality is brilliant, the print came out perfect and everything looks exactly how I imagined. The turnaround time was also super quick, which was a huge bonus. Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Firstly, the website is appauling. When you want to repeat an order it is not easy to understand what you are ordering. There is no allocation of the design against a specific selected garment such as a T-shirt or Hoodie. Secondly, the time it takes for a reply is 24 hours meaning that if Yazzoo make a mistake in your quote, you have to wait another 24 hours for them to come back to you. Thirdly, the attitude of the customer representatives. Yazzoo's mistake in getting our quotation wrong was placed on us as the customer and we were told 'well you will just have to wait - it's you that has gotten confused'. The mission statement says 'capable of quickly producing garment's' which has not been my experience in placing an order. EXTREMELY DISSATISTIFED.

Hi Iain, I've looked into your order. I can see that if you scroll down to the products section, you can view which designs are applied to which items, so I'm not sure why this isn't working for you? Next to each product there is a designs tab, which is active by default and shows images of each design on each product. If you want to add a new product, simply click on add another product to my order, and when you add the designs you want, choose them from your library to add them to your order page. Also I can see from the chat transcript, that we repeatedly said that we were currently working on your email sent to us at 14:38 that day, and you seemed to keep getting increasingly angry that we weren't doing that, even though we were? Please read the transcript below.
