“I am trying to find a screen printing quality service, still looking, yazzoo replicated my design very well and prompt delivery, but unfortunately the result is more like a transfer print, as somany services are, as opposed to a proper screen print, that is part of the material and not sitting on top of the material”

Hi Bob, Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the print method selected for your order 666023. Screen printing is something we offer but this would be on orders of 500+ pieces, unless stated at the time of placing your order we can then factor the additional charges for screen print on a 1 piece order which would include screen charges. I have included the printing techniques link below for reference. https://personalised.clothing/printing All print methods are selected by our production teams when processing orders, to ensure the best suited method for the artwork is selected. The print method used would be direct to film printed which is a method most companies use across garment printing. This allows for small details to be achieved and unlimited colours across designs. “Good quality garment print was small and text is hard to read.. you did say that embroidery wouldn’t work due to small text , a suggestion to change it would of been better , the print it’s self is very good just so small… We can’t see it so your views are valued if you had suggested to change the text or move it to the back so the logo could have been bigger….”

“T-shirts, Hoodies and Caps have arriveed. Unfortunately a number of caps have the screen/block mark on the peak of the cap, looks like an iron has been left on them. not a show stopper but does ruin an otherwise decent review.”

“We are experimenting with other businesses to see what our brand looks like. We do not like the quality of the jumper ordered as it is is very thin and will not likely last the test of time. We are looking for something a bit more substantial and prefer jumper brands like Carhartt for work wear. The quality of the printing and colours are perfect though.”

“firstly, email communication was excellent. The hoodie arrived early and print looks good. Unfortunately, the quality of the hoodie is poor. It just hangs and flares out at the waiste and looks cheap.... and i had opted for the luxury hoodie. Such a shame, i certainly wont be buying again.”

This style is designed to be affordable and lightweight, making it a great option for one-off events or those on a budget. For future orders, if you’re looking for a thicker or longer-lasting garment, we’d recommend our GD05, which features a heavier and more durable fabric. We also offer a free sample service so customers can see and feel our garments before ordering. This allows you to check the material quality, sizing, and colour. “I initially had a disappointing experience due to wrong item being delivered to their warehouse and therefore delaying my urgent delivery. I was not satisfied with the customer service experience until the wonderful Amy stepped in and turned everything around for me. I have to be honest that the branded pouches I ordered for my VIP clients were perfect. The quality was great. I am also now willing to give them a second chance because of Amy.”

“I design on the hoodie it good quality unfortunately the basic hoodie isn't very good but even a basic hoodie is £35 which isn't cheap. It keeps raising up which I have never had with a hoodie and the neck seems small and I am a petite person, the arms are long compared to the body part of the hoodie which is small, I have to keep pulling it down to sit correctly”

“The products where of satisfactory quality with no complaints from me. My only issue was the card payment process not working at all after many attempts, the payment portal would not open after entering all my card details. I then ended up having to do a bank transfer and hoped that goes through with no issues. Fortunately all went well and my order arrived earlier than expected after payment was confirmed which was very nice. Over all im happy with the product and service however the payment portal needs fixing. Im glad I was able to get my class of 2025 t-shirt and hoodie from you guys :) Thank you.”

“I ordered a teddy bear with a white tee shirt and navy writing on it and received a lovely teddy bear with a white tee shirt and white writing on it. I was asked for a review and you replied that you would immediately send out a new tee shirt at no cost. I am still waiting for the new tee shirt to arrive.”

Hi, I’m sorry to hear your parcel hasn’t yet arrived, I’ve reviewed this for you and can see this has been dispatched from us on the 11th with Royal Mail, looking at their tracking this has now reached Northern Ireland MC and is on its way to you. As this is being shipped to Belfast, delivery can take roughly 5-7 working days once dispatched I hope this helps

“found yazzoo on the internet.so thought I would give them a ty for my business requirements. I ordered the supposedly better quality t shirt with what I thought to be a embroidered logo... items arrived.. t shirts in my opinion are not the best of quality and are short in the length compared to other manufacturers of the same size and I'm very disappointed with the ultra small ironed on company logo.. to sum things up poor poor poor. I feel conned. will not use nor recommend. stop else where people”

“Website is not the best to navigate. Especially when trying to delete previous designs/order that I wanted to delete. Also don't like the order in which the print is added - it should be possible when picking the location on the garmenta and not on the next page after clicking next. Overall a very clunky website.”
