“Yazzoo were absolutely amazing!!! I was part of organising a hen party and as part of that, we wanted 13 differently sized sweatshirts, as quickly as they could get them to me. They responded to my email straight away and the jumpers arrived within 48 hours, perfectly packaged up and ready to be used. They didn't have that funky factory smell which meant they didn't have to be washed right away! The jumpers themselves are of great quality. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend this company!!”

“I've had 2 orders now with Yazzoo. The first one the orange print came back milky after which I was offered a reduction on a future order. The second order the garment was described at Charcoal - ie dark grey the actual garment is dark brown. Plus again there are print problems. The black in the logo print is different from the black used on the rear for the names. I am sure that their production is okay with standard projects but the slightly more demanding projects they have difficulty with. The garment quality is great but the print lets it down.”

As one of the designs on the back is an image logo that was the same on all garments, and the other was a text design that was different on all garments, we use different print techniques for these, otherwise the cost of doing the logo the same as the individual text would be very high, although it can be done. This leads to slightly different finish on both prints. This is the first time that anyone has complained about the small difference in print finish not matching that we can remember, so we haven’t thought before to offer the ability to match them for a higher price. If you would like us to do this next time for you, we can, and will offer a 20% discount on the increased rate for you.

“We really love the quality and huge range of colour options for the contrast hoodies. initially we ordered a few for our staff, then offered it wider and more than we expected took up the opportunity to order one. We were grateful for the discount as well. And other organisations have already commented positively and 1 I know has also ordered through you as a result. Thank you hugely. Also they arrived a week earlier than originally expected!”

“Fantastic service! I had designed my own logo for my photography business however it was a little too small so yazoo mailed me and said what the issue was and corrected it with my approval. Brilliant, the logo looks great on my shirt. I just wanted that more professional look whilst within a venue, my new shirt certainly does that thanks Yazoo.”

“My circle of friends has made a small club which we have designed a logo for. We were adamant that we wanted some high-quality hoodies with our logo embroidered on them. We approached another company previously who gave us every reason not to proceed. Yazzoo, while offering similar advice was far more flexible and accommodating. Turnaround and delivery on the hoodies were much faster than expected. We are all over the moon on the quality and detail of the embroidery work, the premium hoodies used are excellent. We did suffer one defective hoodie with a broken zip slider, but and, I must stress this is a huge positive but, this is being replaced without fuss. Would absolutely recommend and use again in future!”

“I ordered the clothing with a QR code in the back which is linked to a Dance performance for "Social Prescribing Day" shoot in Chiswick Park: - https://vimeo.com/dimpledevadas/standforhealth-socialprescribing-in-rhyme I placed on the order at 3am on Monday 6th March and I paid for express delivery to receive it before "The Prescribing Show" on Thursday 9th March. I received it on Wednesday 8th March where I was able to record a Dance video wearing the branded sweater the following day during the "golden hour" around 7am. Then I was wearing it throughout the conference and everyone loved the QR code concept to have access to the video :) I would definitely purchase from Yazzoo Clothing for any future branded clothing. “I wanted a design for which I was continuously told could happen and ensure that it could be done. The end product was totally not the end product I wanted. In fact it was really what I was trying to avoid despite contacting them multiple times to try and avoid this situation. And then afterwards they told me it was not feasible but I cld not get my money back or any alternations done and the end product was limited by the machinery they had. Despite me asking multiple times before hand!!! Overall disgraceful customer service and resolution. I will not be ordering any more (which I wanted to do!) and actively discourage anyone that wants to order from them”

I’m sorry to hear you aren’t happy with the garments received. We work to set sizing per design position across the garments to avoid any confusion, which has been illustrated on the confirmation link you have received. We do suggest if you require different design sizes for different size garments these would be placed as separate orders. Again, sorry we didn’t get it quite right on your order.
