“I wanted a design for which I was continuously told could happen and ensure that it could be done. The end product was totally not the end product I wanted. In fact it was really what I was trying to avoid despite contacting them multiple times to try and avoid this situation. And then afterwards they told me it was not feasible but I cld not get my money back or any alternations done and the end product was limited by the machinery they had. Despite me asking multiple times before hand!!! Overall disgraceful customer service and resolution. I will not be ordering any more (which I wanted to do!) and actively discourage anyone that wants to order from them”

I’m sorry to hear you aren’t happy with the garments received. We work to set sizing per design position across the garments to avoid any confusion, which has been illustrated on the confirmation link you have received. We do suggest if you require different design sizes for different size garments these would be placed as separate orders. Again, sorry we didn’t get it quite right on your order. As per our email conversation we are going to try again to meet your requirements, and send out some altered replacements free of charge. We hope you are happy with the new version
