“Signed up yesterday for a domain transfer and purchased a domain through them, very reasonable price and control panel is excellent if fact the best I have seen, now onto support, well what can I say EXCELLENT, had an issue this morning and Tom resolved the issue extremely quickly and was very professional, what more can I say, I highly recommend yay.com to anyone needing domain hosting, Thanks”

“great service to be with l setup the cisco 7912 phone and worked like a dream with this service. l took a 30 day free trial to see if everything worked ok and if the phone worked and it did. took me a while to figure out how to convert the cisco 7912 from sccp to sip but managed to figure it out. very pleased. and its very cheap for calls and mobile.”

“Absolutely wonderful service from Daisy at yay.com!!! . We were experiencing problems with our phone system due to a member of staff leaving the company who was in charge of our phone system. I called yay.com and was assisted by Daisy, Nothing was too much trouble and she went through everything, sorted all our issues out, going over and above what was expected she was patient, polite considerate and extremely professional turned round what was a a very stressful situation without fault. Excellent service!”

“Got a handset and a voip account but no tech knowledge. Support talked me through set up and various other queries in a very efficient and friendly way. I will no doubt be asking them more questions but so far the customer service has been impeccable.”

“I can't believe how friendly yay.com staff really is, i have been speaking to Meg on a number of issues we have had and i needed a new call routing for my company and Meg just sorted it out for me without any problems! I highly recommend yay.com for their cheap prices and very friendly support staff.”

“Service from YAY has so far been absolutely outstanding! I never usually write reviews but am more than happy to on this occasion. We were more inclined to use one of the more 'well known' VOIP suppliers, but am glad we went with YAY, as the support and customer service, aswell as product and value for money is superb.
