“Daisy was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. I first heard about Yay.com when I was thinking about a VOIP telephone system with a competitor, the customer satisfaction reviews of the competitor was horrendous, and one reviewer mentioned he had transferred to Yay.com and was very happy with the service provided. That made me search for Yay.com and after looking at their website, liked what I saw. Their prices were 50% cheaper than other well Known VOIP companies I researched. Based upon my initial contact, I ordered my hardware and VOIP service there and then. The hardware will arrive tomorrow, but I am confident, that if i have any problems with setting up, I will receive courteous professional advice in setting it up, and this assumption is based on my initial contact with Daisy. Its nice to talk to a human, than a sales person at a competitor who sounds like a robot.”

“Superb company. Great prices, service, user interfaces and hardware. Everytime I need support they're available instantly and are pro-active to solve problems. Been a customer now for 1+year and definitely don't regret moving to them for VOIP services.”
