“Whilst I have also felt I was tech savvy I have never got involved with VOIP before now, other than the obvious one. i have been blown away by how powerful this technology is. Whilst daunting at first, the customer support has been amazing and whenever I get stuck I just have to email and I get a reply with clear instructions from a patient team. Each time I think my requirement is impossible, I find that it is simple to configure. Very well done on an excellent service, and thank you”

“"Yay... you really blew several other service providers out of the water, after a 2-day frantic search to find headache-less and minimal admin business line in the UK. Your approach is fun & friendly, your website copy is written in corporate robot-free lingo and to be up an running within the hour was refreshing. Big-up to Jez. I ran into some setup difficulty briefly, however Jez (customer service) came to my rescue like a true tech ginie should. "”

“I spent weeks testing many other telephone systems to use for my business. It was exhausting; very difficult to use a lot of the software, and they were very limited unless you had the best plan they had which would cost too much, especially for new start businesses. I was about to give up when I stumbled across Yay.com and I am speechless. Within 15 minutes, I realised Yay.com was exactly what I needed and since those minutes it has exceeded my expectations and does every day I use them. From their user friendly website/dashboard, their incredible customer service (thanks Daisy!), and their amazing unlimited plans for a very good price. They've just managed to do everything perfectly, I am completely blown away. I've never written a review in my life, but I have to. I can guarantee any business needing this type of software, you will not go wrong with yay.com. You cannot put a price on customer service, which is their biggest strength. Yay.com is all you need and thank you for in advance for improving my business dramatically. Thanks again, Ashley.”

“The lady I spoke with was understanding and intuitive to my challenges in setting up my voip. “These guys are amazing. We were very sceptical about moving over to VOIP and had many concerns. After a few phone calls to YAY.COM they certainly put my mind at rest. They helped us from the very start, from deciding what equipment was best for us right down to assisting us to the final plugging in of the equipment. The transfer has been so smooth and very quick. Every question however trivial were answered so that we understood. My customers and suppliers have all said that the line is very clear and they would never know that they were talking over the internet. We highly recommend this company and we are glad we have made the move. THANK YOU YAY.........from a very satisfied customer”
