“I spent weeks testing many other telephone systems to use for my business. It was exhausting; very difficult to use a lot of the software, and they were very limited unless you had the best plan they had which would cost too much, especially for new start businesses. I was about to give up when I stumbled across Yay.com and I am speechless. Within 15 minutes, I realised Yay.com was exactly what I needed and since those minutes it has exceeded my expectations and does every day I use them. From their user friendly website/dashboard, their incredible customer service (thanks Daisy!), and their amazing unlimited plans for a very good price. They've just managed to do everything perfectly, I am completely blown away. I've never written a review in my life, but I have to. I can guarantee any business needing this type of software, you will not go wrong with yay.com. You cannot put a price on customer service, which is their biggest strength. Yay.com is all you need and thank you for in advance for improving my business dramatically. Thanks again, Ashley.”

“The lady I spoke with was understanding and intuitive to my challenges in setting up my voip. “These guys are amazing. We were very sceptical about moving over to VOIP and had many concerns. After a few phone calls to YAY.COM they certainly put my mind at rest. They helped us from the very start, from deciding what equipment was best for us right down to assisting us to the final plugging in of the equipment. The transfer has been so smooth and very quick. Every question however trivial were answered so that we understood. My customers and suppliers have all said that the line is very clear and they would never know that they were talking over the internet. We highly recommend this company and we are glad we have made the move. THANK YOU YAY.........from a very satisfied customer”

“Yay,com have gone above and beyond in helping me transfer my number from another provider who were completely unprofessional and kept cancelling my request. Despite my account only being worth a few pounds a month to them, the persisted for months to bring the number only. You have a customer for life here and I will continue to recommend you to everyone.”

“Without a doubt this has to be the best voip provider in the UK firstly i must point out that i found Yay after a very disappointing experience with a competitor who to my mind shouldn't be in business !!! Frustrated with the lack of customer care i did the usual and looked else where and i am so happy and delighted with the Service that Yay staff provided , From start to finish oh by the way did i mention they set it up remotely for me which is what you need if you are a novice to voip all within the hour outstanding !! i cannot recommend Yay .com highly enough . as i am in IT services i know when i found a Diamond of a company and Yay is just that .”

“As a newcomer to a VOIP service I found that the whole experience of transferring my existing telephone number and setting up the service has been very positive. Contact and assistance with Yay.com staff to provide support to my questions with helpful advice. Email communication kept me well informed on progress prior to the activation date. Once the service had been activated, I only had to contact the support number and receive a well informed staff member to direct me through some minor set ups. All in all very happy with the service.”
