Have been with them for over 12 months now and very impressed with the service we receive. Particularly good if there are any technical issues and there were more than happy to jump on your machine and fix any technical issues allowing a seamless service

Yay,com have gone above and beyond in helping me transfer my number from another provider who were completely unprofessional and kept cancelling my request. Despite my account only being worth a few pounds a month to them, the persisted for months to bring the number only. You have a customer for life here and I will continue to recommend you to everyone.

Without a doubt this has to be the best voip provider in the UK firstly i must point out that i found Yay after a very disappointing experience with a competitor who to my mind shouldn't be in business !!! Frustrated with the lack of customer care i did the usual and looked else where and i am so happy and delighted with the Service that Yay staff provided , From start to finish oh by the way did i mention they set it up remotely for me which is what you need if you are a novice to voip all within the hour outstanding !! i cannot recommend Yay .com highly enough . as i am in IT services i know when i found a Diamond of a company and Yay is just that .

As a newcomer to a VOIP service I found that the whole experience of transferring my existing telephone number and setting up the service has been very positive. Contact and assistance with Yay.com staff to provide support to my questions with helpful advice. Email communication kept me well informed on progress prior to the activation date. Once the service had been activated, I only had to contact the support number and receive a well informed staff member to direct me through some minor set ups. All in all very happy with the service.

Don't remember getting better customer service from an internet based company. Email response within 10 minutes and solved my issue super quick. Without trying to sell me an alternative. Totally customer-centric organisation. Thank you!

Didn't really understand what was involved with setting up a VOIP system, so the very lovely lady talked me through - without rushing and in a very easy way - all that was necessary and calmly answered all my (presumably) stupid questions. Yay.com had been recommended to us by another company as being excellent, and they totally were/have been. If I could have awarded a higher mark than just "Very Good" I would have done!

The service from all the staff at Yell.com has been fantastic, from assistance choosing the number, to the type of package that would be most suitable for me and my business - they have helped me through every step of the way. I would recomend Yay.com for the product as well. Nothing but excellence throughout.

With years of wrong advice and mis-selling phone services we didn't need. I was particularly suspicious about any telephone service providers. After weeks of searching, I was on the verge of signing up with another provider for 3 years. Then I came across www.yay.com. The price is half of what I was quoted by at least 4 other service providers. That sounds too good to be true. I went back to the provider I was about to sign up. They told me if something sounds too good to be true then it's likely not to be true. I then looked further into yay.com. They have over 400 positive reviews. I thought to myself all 400 customers who posted reviews can't be all fools. Besides, they have no minimum contract period. I just could not possibly find anything negative about yay.com. The only possible catch I could think of is the terrible customer services. It seems to be typical of most low cost businesses. Very excited to test out yay.com's customer service, I was up really early this morning. I rang 0330 122 6000 and was surprised to know they don't have auto answering system. Simon answered my first call in 1 minute and answered my question professionally. Then I called again after 10 minutes, Mag answered in 1 min and helped me choose the handsets. Also very helpful and professional. After I completing the order, I thought I'd just give them another call just to find out the next steps. Daisy answered my call agin within 1 min. Daisy is a super-star! Not only is she very knowledgeable with the products and services, she is extremely helpful and has the most friendly voice I've come across in customer services in years. I can't wait for my new VOIP handsets to arrive tomorrow. Congratulation and well done everyone at yay.com! You guys have brought honesty, affordability and excellent customer services back into the industry! Highly recommended!! P.S. sorry for clogging up your phone system this morning!

Well Yay need 10 stars, excellent service after spending years of communications with other telecoms companies, I can truly state this has been by far the most exceptional and easy set up ever, no hidden expenses, no hidden agenda's, you receive and get everything required for a plain sailing installation with all the requirements needed in one easy set up. Staff are all equally knowledgeable and helpful wish I had changed to this years ago... spread the word and stop these other companies giving us unnecessary workloads by checking everything they do. Yay give you everything you need to run a successful phone system with simplicity what more can you ask for cannot rate them high enough thank you to all the staff at Yay. Needed business lines quickly and Yay were able to provision my lines instantly. There were a couple of queries which were resolved within an hour or two. I look forward to working with Yay as my start up grows.
