I have used Yay.com previously whilst I worked in the Middle East and had an excellent experience with them, and they saved me a fortune in phone charges. The support was brilliant - I only had to support once because or strange error with voicemail that they identified a corrected within 20 minutes. I have rejoined as I needed to have the same cost efficiencies and service so Yay.com was obvious choice to go back too. I need to contact support to help me setup again and this took less then 2 minutes to sort out and Jez (very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant) made sure ensure everything worked by ringing my number to check I was happy with the service which I am.

We use yay for our phone system and have done for a while and we have always found them to be helpful and today Sol Tarling has been a lifesaver for us! We phoned this morning with an issue and Sol tried his best to help but he needed some login details I didn't have, after spending hours on hold to Virgin and finally getting the details I phoned Yay back and the person transferred me to Sol as he was already aware of the issue and after I managed to get the details he needed he managed to get out phones working again! As a business that receives over 300 calls a day you can imagine how desperately we needed these phones and and Sol was very patient with me, very grateful for all his help today I wouldn't of been able to do it without him :)

Starting up a charity office phone line - easy peasy. Starting up a charity office, I managed to buy a local phone number and set up the line with a Gigaset Go Box 100 which can have up to 6 handsets in a couple of hours. Admitedly I had done it a few years before for another charity. The Yay product was just the job for me and only £5.99 a month. Can add extra lines, etc as we expand. Brilliant.

I wasn't receiving any calls on my IP phone so I called YAY support. I was lucky Izzy answered my call and helped me fix my issue in like a couple of seconds. I am glad I found her on my first call :)

had a problem with my phone today, have several on the account but just one wasnt playing ball. Sol went through settings with me but couldnt get to work. Sol then went through the settings and found a rogue SIP setting. Great service as always, been happy withthem for 5 years. Always knowledgable, pleasant and get me working on rare occasion I need them

I highly recommend yay.com! They have fantastic customer service and always go above and beyond to help solve any issues you may have. I had several issues throughout the day and Sol was an absolute hero! He was so knowledgeable and happy to help. I really appreciate the great service they provide.

I've been a Yay.com customer for years and they are absolutely the best. In addition to a wide range of VOIP services and hardware, their support is first-rate. As the website is comprehensive and beautifully laid out, I don't have to call support very often. But when I do, they are unfailingly helpful and efficient. the best! Today I had a query about call routing and Konnor sorted it within one minute! Highly recommended.

David is an absolute hero! Helped me with several issues through out the day. He always goes above and beyond to solve the problems. Every time I have called yay I am always through to a real person that are so knowledgeable and happy to help. I would highly recommend!

About to board a flight and I realise I hadn't updated our VoIP phone system to say we're away for a few days. Quick message to YAY and within a matter of minutes it was all sorted Wonderful friendly company that always exceeeeds my expectations, a true company that have never treated us as just a number!!

Yay.com is a really easy to use platform for small businesses. In particular, the interface for setting up call routes is incredibly easy compared to other solutions on the market.

If you’re looking to catch a domain using Yay I highly wouldn’t recommend it. Had one lined up for a client and checked on the date it was due to drop.. it wasn’t caught and was just free to register for anyone, luckily managed to register it using another domain registrar but needless to say there drop catching service is useless!!

Had the pleasure of speaking to David at Yay this evening, who was extremely helpful & who's awesome customer service offers the wow factors! With so many top companies falling short today, lacking in something simple as great 1 on 1 customer service, Yay, has raised the benchmark! A great company offers not only a great product, but should be able to back it up with the support of a great team, I'm talking 1 on 1 communication & none of this virtual chat rubbish! Yay's customer service is just awesome & with staff like David, who's help was exceptional, understanding & knowledgeable of my requirements, he's the reason i will be shouting Yay & recommending the company for its support. many thanks David.

Excellent response to my call this afternoon. I expected a five minute call outlining what I needed to do but David worked on the problem and actually sorted it out for me by remote access. He also made sure that I understood the different steps he was taking which gives me the confidence to have a go myself next time. David was extremely helpful and honestly went beyond and above what was expected. Excellent customer service from Yay.com!
