If you’re looking to catch a domain using Yay I highly wouldn’t recommend it. Had one lined up for a client and checked on the date it was due to drop.. it wasn’t caught and was just free to register for anyone, luckily managed to register it using another domain registrar but needless to say there drop catching service is useless!!

Had the pleasure of speaking to David at Yay this evening, who was extremely helpful & who's awesome customer service offers the wow factors! With so many top companies falling short today, lacking in something simple as great 1 on 1 customer service, Yay, has raised the benchmark! A great company offers not only a great product, but should be able to back it up with the support of a great team, I'm talking 1 on 1 communication & none of this virtual chat rubbish! Yay's customer service is just awesome & with staff like David, who's help was exceptional, understanding & knowledgeable of my requirements, he's the reason i will be shouting Yay & recommending the company for its support. many thanks David.

Excellent response to my call this afternoon. I expected a five minute call outlining what I needed to do but David worked on the problem and actually sorted it out for me by remote access. He also made sure that I understood the different steps he was taking which gives me the confidence to have a go myself next time. David was extremely helpful and honestly went beyond and above what was expected. Excellent customer service from Yay.com!

Great product and amazing service. I was assigned to Rosie, who was extremely helpful. She walked me through the whole YAY application step by step and showed me how to use it. I was searching for a business line, as I needed a office number and I came across YAY. It comes with many features and benefits. They have a few packages to choose from. I have unlimited minutes and a dedicated landline number with my package, which is perfect for me as a small business. You can also download the app on your phone and if a client/prospect calls your office landline number, it will also come through to your phone. The signal through my laptop and my phone is crystal clear. And there customer service seems to be pretty outstanding too. always on hand to help.

Great service today from Angus in setting up two grand stream phones on our account as we have moved into another office. nothing was too much trouble in configuring the phones how we wanted them! thank you and im excited i have quick access to my voicemails now!!!

Came on board after having issues with a previous voip provider. From the first conversation up to go live has been an absolute pleasure! I don't often write reviews, however this one has been earnt! Our account manager Jez has been nothing but hard working and has understood the brief down the every detail. His communication has been impeccable and even when on leave, the team have been great. They seem to have a really strong platform that has oodles of features and functionality which will benefit any business small or large. Onwards and upwards!

The yay.com team is always ready to help, knowledgeable and you don't need to wait minutes in the waiting room. Service is great, I did not experience any technical problem or disconnection at all. Totally recommending.

I needed a new US number after my Skype one stopped working. My new Yay number was easy to set up and their platform has all the features I need. The after purchase care and customer support is excellent.

I can not thank you enough Rosie for helping me through a very stressful time with my voip telephone having given an IT person all the information to take over my phone. In the current world of AI driven customer service call centres, long waiting times and having to be transferred to '2nd line support' or another department - the yay team stand out head and shoulders above any other call centre/support team I've ever had to contact. Everyone I've had contact with has been responsive, knowledgeable and very supportive. I can't praise them enough

As i've never used this kind o service, i got very frustrating while trying to make calls. When i was about to give up, i finally called the customer support and there i've talked with a real fun and helpful guy called David. Everything was awesome as he guided me step by step and even remotely assisted me on the go. It was a great experience and i'm very thankful for calling and having the full support of David. 5 stars, much appreciated!
