I'm extremely impressed with Yay, and the customer service is exceptional. I'm just a home user on the starter package, yet I've been treated like a prince by the support desk. Outstanding. Technically, the VOiP dashboard takes a moment to get orientated, but is intuitively laid out and has plenty of helpful tooltips to explain what the various options do, and if required interlink to other sections of the dashboard for quick navigation. In terms of integration with my devices, couldn't be easier. I decided to connect my mobile using the device calling account settings instead of using the official app, and it just worked, and also repurposed an old OBi200 VOiP adapter to connect my cordless handset for the fixed line at home. Anyone who is familiar with OBi devices will know how hard they can be to configure, but it was relatively painless to get Yay working with the OBi200. For anyone who doesn't have the equipment yet, there is an impressive selection of pre-configured hardware available from their site at very good prices. I've tried nearly all of the UK VOiP services over the years, and I can say without a doubt that Yay is the best one I've come across, by a very large margin.

Since joining Yay I can’t say a negative. I am useless with phones, computers , technology etc Yay. Easy set to set up, always on hand, friendly, easy to deal with, nothing to much trouble, patient with you, do the bits on a screen share. Would recommend all day long.

Jack was friendly, helpful and knew exactly what needed to be done to answer my query. I liked that he offered to call me to talk through the solution rather than do it via the chat box.

I love calling Yay for help with my account! The staff are always super helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very willing to help. I spoke to Conor today who talked me through how to set up a timed voicemail for over the Christmas period. Yay are a great company and it is a pleasure to do business with them.

Having just left 8x8 due to the non-existent service, I must say Yay has been a breath of fresh air! Service has been second to none helping me to set up remotely (thank you Jack) and each query that has come up so far has been dealt with immediately can not fault a thing ....well done Yay keep up the good work.

I was clueless with regard to setting up my VOIP phone adapter. I contacted support and Jack was brilliant he accessed my PC remotely and configered everything, I just had to sit and watch, in a few minutes I was up and running, it does not get any better than that. Brilliant customer service.
