Superb support from the very beginning..........being new to VoIP I was nervous at first but the team helped me get setup and the dashboard is so easy to navigate I haven't had to ask for help again..........just yet! Big thanks to the team at Yay!

I once read that you get what you pay for when it comes to VoIP however yay has proven that phrase to be wrong. We have been looking for a suitable VoIP/PBX provider for sometime but found for our budget that many of them lacked the desired features we need. We tried a leading competitor in the market but found what they had to offer and their system, very basic and old fashioned. I then discovered yay who allowed us to have multiple numbers each with their own IVR/voice prompt along with advanced call routes and groups. As an added bonus they offered free call recording which as a manager has become really useful on many occasions. We have been so impressed with yay and what they have to offer that we have brought our project to move this throughout our company forward (which is something that never happens here) Due to their low price tag i was concerned about their customer service and call quality however so far both have been exceptional, again coming in front of competitors who charge twice as much if not more I would really recommend this company to anyone whether big or small who wants a powerful (or basic) IVR/VoIP system. Their control panel makes things really easy and simplistic to set up (unlike our previous provider)

Using Yay simply to give a virtual number to my tiny enterprise. It's very simple, support has been great - very friendly and prompt. Been using Yay forwarded to mobile and with the Zoiper soft phone and everything has just worked.

We've moved our phone set up after speaking with Yay as the features we ideally needed from our previous provider couldn't be offered. Yay's response was let us know and we can make it happen, true to their word, everything we asked for was put in place just as they’d advised. The transfer was flawless too! Great people, great support would highly recommend.
