“Everything a good online shopping experience should be. Great product, good price, quick dispatch and delivery together with relevant dispatch information. Had a slight problem setting it up (not Yay.com's fault) and their support gave me the right advice. Happy to do business with them again and happy to recommend them.”

“My company looked at dozens of businesses like Yay.com for over a week, adding them onto a spreadsheet and listing all their features and prices. Yay.com compared favourably with the best of them and the yay.com website was easier to understand than many, but what really swung our decision was the excellent and speedy customer service. During our search we sent many emails asking for clarification, and some companies (unlike YAY) have yet to reply. We received very quick replies to our three emails to YAY, despite the fact that the first was sent on a Friday evening and the other two were sent on a Saturday. These were no automated replies either. Each of their replies answered in full detail the specific questions we asked. Now a couple of months into using YAY.COM and I cannot fault them, just checked my balance and it's exceptionally healthy and the cheap local rate calls for Friends & Family contacting us abroad means they can chatter to their hearts content. “I ordered a cisco adapter from the Yay store that was delivered within 24 hours. There were a number of technical difficulties in setting it up and after Mark took me through various steps to resolve them, the problem still remained. He subsequently remotely accessed (with my permission) my desktop and after a number of attempts, finally solved the problem, allowing me to use the yay service. He also set up my voicemail and call route options. Fantastic service!”

“The staff at yay! were absolutely brilliant and so helpful to me setting up my voip phone as I was completely clueless. All very friendly and patient with me and it was lovely to have a friendly voice just minutes away. Calls are answered immediately and no going through steps to get to speak to a human.
