Quick, polite, great service who are easy to deal with and a call centre with people who a) seem to know what they are doing, b) are polite and cheerful, c) speak perfect English. New to their service so can not vouch for its reliability etc but so far so good.

I am still in awe at how amazing Yay.com and its staff are! The services offered are better than any of the four other VoIP providers I've used and, if that wasn't sufficient reason to use Yay, their support is mind-blowing! I have had cause to use their online chat system and their 2nd+ tier support and it's a real credit to Yay that queries on the chat system are responded to so very quickly and so comprehensively. 2nd+ tier support has been equally quick and efficient, giving me the genuine impression that Yay value their products and want their customers to enjoy using their services. I recommend Yay to everyone I can :-)

I contacted yay.com a few months ago and spoke to Daisy who explained to me how it all worked in great detail and followed that up with an email. I replied to her email with lots of questions and emails went back and forth for about a month. After a long think I decided to go ahead so again contacted Daisy and told her I wanted to go ahead but was worried about configuring the phone and base on their website. Daisy said her colleague Grace could configure the phone and base their end and set it all up so all I had to do was plug in the phone to my power supply and plug in the base cable to my router. She told me to ring her when I'd done that to check it worked ok. It arrived on time, it worked first time and I'm really pleased with it so far. The calls are cheap, the monthly cost is cheap and I wish we had of done it months ago. Cant speak too highly of the customer service I received, it was well above my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbours. After several weeks of research, I decided to contact Yay! I was not subjected to any sales pressure to buy and the customer care agent was knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to answer all my concerns. It was a no-brainer to select Yay! Compared to their competitors in the marketplace, they have simplified the process and set up and made the service clear and simple to understand. To sum it up: Great product, Great service, Great people.

John was incredibly helpful and patient today, talking me through every step. I have called a couple of times for help with setting up. Each time I have got through quickly and found the person at the end of the line stayed with me until the query was resolved.

Very proactive... contacting me to let me know that the item I ordered was no longer in stock, but offering me an alternative at a very reasonable price delta. Very pleased!

Very helpful team. Did mess up my order a few times but equally tried quickly to correct the issues without too much effort from us. All good now. Very contactable and willing to support our needs. For this we still rate 5*

Customer service at its best... Mark truly went "above and beyond" following a call I made to Tech Support earlier this morning - and persevered for a full 1.5hrs until the problem was resolved. I'll gladly recommend yay.com to all of my business associates - great service, reasonable pricing, and very helpful people to deal with if/when you've got a query. My thanks once again to Mark in Tech Support for his help earlier today...

I have only just started using Yay but from the very start my impression of them has been extremely positive; and I am a complainer. I design large website and back end systems (and Mobile apps) for the company I own; so when I say this website is a simple and easy experience - you can take that from a professional. My pre-service call made me very comfortable, the on-line ordering process was a dream and a quick call to help me understand a process was wonderful (thanks Daisy). Should you require phones and more - they handle that as well - even going so far as to configure the phone ready for use before it even arrives. My new favourite service.

Being honest, there were a few glitches at the beginning, but these could have been on our systems or that of Yay.com. What is outstanding about this company is the level of service to solve issues. Mark and Grace and all the team have listened, been patient, and taught me about how the system works along the way. Additionally, the options that are available for the super low cost are value for money and right where the industry should be. I thoroughly recommend this company.
