I have only just started using Yay but from the very start my impression of them has been extremely positive; and I am a complainer. I design large website and back end systems (and Mobile apps) for the company I own; so when I say this website is a simple and easy experience - you can take that from a professional. My pre-service call made me very comfortable, the on-line ordering process was a dream and a quick call to help me understand a process was wonderful (thanks Daisy). Should you require phones and more - they handle that as well - even going so far as to configure the phone ready for use before it even arrives. My new favourite service.

Being honest, there were a few glitches at the beginning, but these could have been on our systems or that of Yay.com. What is outstanding about this company is the level of service to solve issues. Mark and Grace and all the team have listened, been patient, and taught me about how the system works along the way. Additionally, the options that are available for the super low cost are value for money and right where the industry should be. I thoroughly recommend this company.

A new company on the block, suits us as we are too! They have an easy to browse website, easy ordering and the stuff turned up on time, that gets 5 stars from us, too many companies will not sort out a good delivery agent and they ( the firm ) get marked down for it. This was our first but by no means last order with them - keep it up!

Mark provided an impeccable service! He helped set up my call routing and showed great knowledge when doing so. Secondly, he assisted with setting up Bria 4 on my mobile and was kind enough to show the cons of 4g useage. This is the first time in using Yay and soft phones but not the first time I've worked with a VoIP company. By far the most outstanding service I have had! Well done Mark and thanks for spending those extra minutes to make set up everything. If I had the chance to gift Mark a thank you I would - but hopefully yay.com can see this review and further thank him on my behalf. I will be recommending you to my colleagues and hopefully this will be the start of a long partnership as we tend to make a high volume of calls.

I am a difficult customer. They were fantastic. Up and running in 20 minutes and my SIP phone configured with some problems in 30 minutes. Great team on support.

Very impresssed: with the call quality, the staff, the way a glitch was dealt with - quickly and with good humour, the tariffs etc. I spoke to an English person! (No noisy call centres with difficult to understand accents). I will recommend.

Overall Rating, Very Good would be an understatement - Yay.com are AMAZING! I do not have any negative criticisms for Yay.com! They are above and beyond any expectations. Customer service has been second to none, pricing is easy, straight-forward and extremely competitive. Would I move elsewhere? ..... Simple answer, NO. Support agents are forward thinking and will go above and beyond whenever you call or email and response rates are faster than I could of hoped for. From the moment of joining Yay as a new start-up business they are helpful and will recommend the most suitable product for your requirements and not try to sell something which is expensive and not necessary. They provide the scope to increase and decrease lines, users and numbers with ease and no long-term contracts. I must also comment on their store as well, also an extremely positive experience. I purchase telephones from them in an afternoon, and they were with me the following morning. Could not ask for more. Also, when plugging the phones in, so easy... especially with the help of the support staff.

As a long time VoIP user I have some advanced requirements that fit exactly with the way yay.com organizes their service. The ability to completely customize my extensions, number of SIP users and DID numbers is great as it custom fits my specific needs. The cost is competitive and the ability to PAYG is exactly what i need and look for. The quality of calls has been absolutely perfect so far. Last but not least, their customer service is truly first class. I was stressed out with the process of migrating DID numbers from a different provider at short notice, under the risk of loosing them, but the team was extremely helpful, patient and highly professional throughout. I now have my numbers and I couldn't be happier with my choice of provider. I highly recommend yay.com to all start-ups and young professionals, as well as anyone looking for a professional, cost-effective and caring service. I look forward to a long and successful relationship.
