Extremely impressed with every level of the service Yay.com provide. I now how two accounts for separate businesses and it was a breeze setting everything up again even though I’d forgot how to do everything haha. The customer service is fantastic, the people on the phone lines are really great and super clear with all there instructions. I wish all companies took there customer service this seriously. Rupert

Just on trial with system and using old VOIP phone. Good instructions on how to set up but had teething problems with connection. Customer service from Jez was first class - quick respponse, polite and very helpful. Will be taking contract if this is customer service levels you get - well done

I have just joined Yay.com and am in the process of porting my existing numbers across. I have found every member of the Yay.com team to be extremely helpful and polite and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Their technical support is excellent and it is so refreshing to deal with people who completely understand their product.

Yay.com has been fantastic ever since we started using them for our business phone system. Easy to use interface, quick to change services and the customer service advisors are second to none. Quick to respond, knowledgeable, and always provide a suitable response/outcome. Yay.com has helped our business to grow at a rate relevant to our business with no large outlay, I would recommend yay.com to anyone starting a business who needs a telephone system.

Great customer service! I have been dealing with Jez and his responses have been quick and clear, he has helped me from start to finish, even when I had a new issue he was happy to help out. Above and beyond some firms for customer service.
