“Extremely impressed with every level of the service Yay.com provide. I now how two accounts for separate businesses and it was a breeze setting everything up again even though I’d forgot how to do everything haha. The customer service is fantastic, the people on the phone lines are really great and super clear with all there instructions. I wish all companies took there customer service this seriously. “Just on trial with system and using old VOIP phone. Good instructions on how to set up but had teething problems with connection. Customer service from Jez was first class - quick respponse, polite and very helpful. Will be taking contract if this is customer service levels you get - well done”
