“It's my first purchase through https://yay.com/, was good. User dashboard is missing some features like the list of pre-ordered domains, list of pre-authorised transactions.. we can't even see in the dashboard, even my card is charged but I have nothing to show someone. Another option may be, reserve all the pre-ordered domains, then user chooses one or more and pays for that, and then release all others if user asks for to free it.”

“Excellent fast service every time. The staff are very knowledgeable and the first person to pick up the phone is always able to deal with every query I have had so far without needing to pass me to anyone else or put me on hold - the team knows their stuff! We are a new reseller of VoIP services, the whole onboarding process is very quick and painless to get setup and Meg and Jez from their support team are always quick to respond and helpful. I also do IT support outside of my day job and I always have my clients buy any networking and VoIP equipment from Yay, the service is top notch and pricing for these products is cheaper than most other suppliers”
